SINCE WHEN DID THEY CHARGE 9P FOR A DELIVERY REPORT!!!

DONT charge that on PAYG

so WHY are they charging it on Contract?? There was NO MENTION OF THIS CHARGE ANYWHERE ON THE TARIF GUIDE!!!

Orange are wankers, over the last 6 months I have had different bolt-ons added to my account 4 or 5 times, so over £100 extra on my bills.

Have had to phone a million people to try and get it back and its still not sorted.

robbo i was with voda for a year on contract. My bill was never less than £120 a month

Moved to o2 and i have never ever had a bill over £80. most average out about £40

O2 trade almost unethically so you can usually discount them... we choose not to compete with them... they make no money and attract the most loathsome of customers... they compete the way everyone else did about 10 years ago!
