Anyone watch the climax of the final? Idiots in the crowd shouting at Ding after he seemed to throw in the towel.
Absolutely unbelievable snooker O'Sullivan produced though, the best sustained level of snooker i have ever seen including the times he was rattling in 147s in just over 5 minutes, awesome

I saw it from where Ding left 1 frame before Ronnie won. Very strange scenes.

The guys shouting from the crowd should feel ashamed. He did seem to give up but hes 19, from the other side of the world was sitting on a pot success rate of 90% and got beat 10-3 he must have felt powerless to stop him!

Ronnie is still the man no-one can get near when on top of his game, he was out to prove that.
I felt sorry for ding, must have been a shock he looked really upset aswell, as davies and parrot etc were saying it's a different crowd at wembley so londoners will always get good support.
Ding will be #1 one day but i've not seen that many consistent frames from anyone before ever. The only player comparable was higgins with the 3 centuries on the trot about 18 months ago (iirc)
I think I might go for a game this coming weekend not played for about 3 years, after watching there cue action and how well they keep there head still etc I feel the need to try

Not winning a ranking tour event in 22 months when you are capable of that level of snooker points to a lack of desire imo.
He could have went on to win multiple championships and beat Hendrys legacy as the best player ever, but it looks like he'll go down in history as the flawed genius of snooker, shame.
