Bassically get a heat gun, point at the plasitc, start far away, and slowly move closer untill you seen the bumper "darken" and then move around the plasitc, untill its all done, dont stay in one area too long, and dont get too close, it will melt, works the best way, and lasts ages.

yeah i done my mates with a heat gun, works a treat, then went over it with plastic dressing stuff and they were so black and shiny i couldnt belive how well it worked.
