Exchange server has just started duplicating our emails.
Ive just applied SP2 and its not made any difference.
All emails sent to our domain is collected by the one mailbox.
If I send an email from my personal account to joe@mydomain.com and bob@mydomain.com naturally it will send to emails to mydomain
Exchange server has just started duplicating these emails.
Im assuming its looking at the first email coming it and recognizing the users in there and sending it to both of them.
When it gets to the next email it finds the same users and sends it again to the same users. So both Joe and bob get the same email twice.
Does anyone have any idea where this is set, and how to put it back?
Its just started happening

I don't know too much about exchange server but has the basics of database maintenance been done and defragmented?. We had a similar issue in work when it was fragmented and started generating random duplicates every so often. Not sure if ours was running SP1 though. I do remember them upgrading to SP2 with a couple of hot fixes.
Dunno surely some more peeps will have a better idea.
