Wouldnt say putting it under your arm is any easier as pulling it on properly.
Honestly pal, i d just pay , ALOT less hasstle, 28 days to pay (up here it is anyway)
And wear it in future properly as any little bump into someone will smash your rib cage.

so if that true get a docotrs note. I'm sure if you have a doctors certificate you dont have to wear a seatbelt.
Before anyone comes back with an unwitty comment i'm referring to a note relating to wearing a seatbelt not a cold!

If its that bad the DVLA would deem you not fit to drive as you cannot wear your seat belt properly
Just pay it

I wont drive without a seatbelt on as i dont fancy hitting my face\chest againt the momo steering wheel and windscreen at 70mph.
And i make sure my passengers have a belt on as i dont fancy 100Kg in my back at 70mph either.
Pay the fine FFS! and wear your belt!

BUT the fact that my 2 mates in the car both admitted they didnt have their belts on and took the fine doesnt help! Makes it look like y would they not have 1 on and i would
isn't it your responsibility to make sure everyone in your vehicle whilst you are driving wear's a seatbelt? i thought it was the drivers responsibility thats why you would get a ticket IMO.
If your passengers are under 14 then its the drivers responsibility.
