Wonder how different Arsenals would be after a full season at the new stadium.

It's bullshit, there's absolutely no value in bothering to pull the list together imo, it's gone no investment potential value and does not mean anything to a fan
Deloitte need to get some work to do, I remember seeing an analyst guide to the world cup or something by Deloitte or S&P or someone

Yup, shows why we need to move to a new stadium.
Would like to see us in the top five within 5 years, but who knows whats going to happen. Strange to see Utd drop to 4th, thought they'd be up in 2nd again.

Real are a huge brand, bigger than Utd globally, mainly helped by their star name players and not actually by winning things which they havent done for a while now.

That is such a meaningless list. Its the list of the clubs in order of Revenue.
You can get all the money in the world but if you are paying your player shit loads your not making a lot of money - but you would be the top of that list.
Also things like taking out a bit loan would not affect the list

Wouldnt that be profit calculated after all overheads and outgoings have been taken into consideration?

Real Madrid will have something to worry about in the way of printed shirt sales though, no Beckham 23, Ronaldo 9, Zidane 5. They were the 3 most popular shirt sellers.
