since i got my new rear lights, about 2 years ago, which use the 380 twin filament bulb, and do both the sidelight and braking,
i notice the bulbs blow quite quickly, every couple of months!!! it could be either side, and either brake or sidelight part of the bulb that stops working!!
is this normal for these type of bulbs??
or are my lights dodgy??
would it be worth me getting some twin filament white LED bulbs instead??
as leds last much longer, but i know leds can blow also!!

I have this all the time with aftermarket bulbs.
If I get the bulbs from Vauxhall (they are only a few pence deerer btw) , they last much longer.

hmmm, never really thought of going vauxhall for bulbs, i normally go to halfords, and either get the bosch or the halfords own brand
would it be worth trying the LED bulbs?? they about £10 for a set and say last much longer

mine do this too........its weird.
LED's may last longer, but you would probly have to try for yourself mate.
if you do try them let me know the outcome
