Sounds like something has gone wrong in the bottom end so i need recommendations of decent garages in our area please peeps Preferably somewhere Vaux minded of course.

ive just had a rebuild at ellesmere port engine shop

might not do yours though was hard to get mine done

how much did it set u back? (if ya don't mind me asking)

i'm still in two minds whether to get this engine in mint condition and tune it or to drop a 2.0 in it

Dont think i would actually trust Ellesmere port engine shop to carry out this sort of work. Had a head skim done by them and they dont seem to have much of a place.

Why was yours hard to do Mark????

he was worried because it was a corsa that it would blow up again coz everyone who drives a corsa is a boy racer

its going back soon i think he used the original head and not a reconned one
