Phase 1 a 21,270 seater stadium.
1500 parking spaces.
2000 hospitality places for 'restaraunts and hospitality'
Hotel = to be franchised
No casino = plans are for LTFC to join in with 'Vauxhall casino site' in Luton.
6 training pitches.
Naming rights to be sold to the highest bidder. (John Mitchell (Chief Exec) expects £ 22-20million to be the value of naming rights)

Plus £ 25 million from the developer....

total build cost circa £ 40 million.........(perhaps £ 8 million profit to club.)

Key points from the design at J12.....
1> no debt
2> own stadium owned by club
3> opportunity for growth
4> fans close to pitch as with the Kenny....

Phase 2 plan to increase stadium capacity by 8120 by completeing upper tier.....
(includes a stage for ''performance'' at one end)

a key aspect of the design is the pitch will be 'closer' to the fans than any other new build.............

comment = using the 6 yard line as a guide on the design it looks that the closest fans at the halfway line would be 6 yards and possible 10 yards behind the goal.
this is from the artists design so might not be that accurate.

it does seem a long way though.

40 toilets and bars , restaraunts , hospitality 'income streams ' abound.....

Info stolen from our MB from a fan who went to a meeting with our Chief Exec.

re: Naming rights

Coventry recieved £10million from Ricoh for their naming rights.

Now our stadium will be right on the cusp of the M1's widening project, will be visible from the M1, and will be the only purpose built football stadium in Bedfordshire. Rather than one of several in the East Mids i.e. Coventry.

I don't think we'll get as much as our CEO has quoted, but it should be a good amount.
