Can't believe you can just walk in. Nothing to stop people taking parts Somewhere I'd love to visit though.

I somehow think that the security turns a blind eye to people with cameras & focus their attentions on people with transit vans and/or scouse accents

That is really really cool. Appears the mods removed the info on how he got in.
Seems a bit freaky though! The canteen, with cups still left on the table. Half a jar of lemon tea etc etc.

As long as you've got a High-vis jacket, decent boots and a hardhat, you'll get in anywhere on Longbridge by the looks of things.

they should let you take a chasis home.. build your own rover.

wondered how long it would be before this site was discovered by other cs users, my mate showed it to me about a week ago, and then my brother pointed out to me that he and his mates discovered "fullers earth" (right next to his school) and enlightened the online UE community about it!

its far too easy to get into Rover, due to how it was built and expended over the years its got openings in fences all around. As said though Hard hat, clip board, boots and hi-viz and you can walk around ok.
People really dont understand how vast it is and a good 30% of it has now been flattened but to put security on for the whole place would cost thousands. I am amazed how much is still lying around especially as they had thr auction last year to get rid of most the parts.

CS users were aware of that site a long time before this thread.
