what a load of bollocks
It reckons it's connected at 12mb yet downloads SLOWER than my 1.1mb. I did a bandwidth test on both connections, the 1.1mb was something like 840kb/s and the 12mb is about 250kb/s?
for example, streaming online music is a fucking pain in the arse compared to my old connection
anyone else got homehub and have the same problems?

im meant to have up to 8mb broadband, had 4mb for a bit n was happy now its down to 2mb again. emailed them but itll take forever to get a reply

If your router has lost sync more than 3 times in a day (even if you reboot it ect) then the exchange will lower your BRAS profile to something stupidly low, and it will take a stable connection for 3 days before they put it back up.
To see what your BRAS profile is go to http://speedtester.bt.com
Enter your phone number, then your account login username for ADSL, and it will then tell you your current BRAS profile and do a throughput test.
This site is very slow and can take some time, but have patience!
