need to know if a centre pipe from a 1.4 corsa b fit a 1.2 sxi corsa b?

No. It needs a different sleeve between Cat and centre section.

No. The difference is the sleeve on the 1.2 16v is equal width and slides over front pipe and centre section. The 1.4 sleeve is narrower at one end, and it slides over the front pipe then inside the centre section. If you get what I mean. Basically if the 1.4 sleeve will fit over the 1.2 front pipe then you should be able to fit it and you'll just have to buy the 1.4 sleeve.

I can't guarantee that the 1.4 sleeve will fit tho.
