Wait till the local vauxhall accident and repair bodyshop opens up in the morning, get their phone number from phonebook or google or somewhere.

Phone them up and say 'much would you charge to spray it to match the colour of my car, laquer it and then fit it?'

Buy a spoiler from a scrappy, they you'll get a genuine one, not a crappy lumpy fake one.

Colour match should be as good anywhere, if it doesn't match, take it back and they will sort it.

Vauxhall will be loads more money.
