my mates corsa b 1.0 R reg, has suddenly just started popping flames without the CAT being taken out. Or the middle silencer taken out or with out another manifold.
He only has a backbox and a panel filter, what could this be down to?

my mate has a video, i will get it uploaded when im at home 2night. There big flames and lots of them. Last night the flame went up the centre section and have burnt some of the underside of his car.

overfueling, also check to see if someone has installed a spark plug in the exhaust

i didnt think you was being serious about the flames!!! hahaha cool.. errrrm that is some major over fueling indeed and as for checking for a spark plug in the exhaust

I wouldnt put it down to fueling, the exhaust ports might be open excessively long causing too much fuel to pass into the exhaust system. Maybe it was timed up wrong?
