i might be able to get a decent enough 1.2 corsa, with only 51,000 on the clock, was just wondering how hard it would be and how much it would cost to have a 2.0 LET put in

Cheers

engine is about Ł1k. my advice is to take your time and find a decent one... or better still get a complete car as that way you will have everything you need and you can here the engine running.

I think he meant get a complete donor car pal, that way you get to see/hear the LET running instead of buying an unproven engine, alsoyou can take other needed parts from it and split the rest to regain some Cash

the donor car is the car from which the engine comes from for the conversion...

just like donor organs come from someone else...

so the donor car will be the car with the 2.0LET

Done mine by getting a donor car, I bought a Cally T with no T&T for Ł750. After breaking it, the engine has only cost me about Ł300

You will either need to get hubs which have been machined to accept big shafts, or you can get it coverted to 5-stud, or you can buy tapered shafts.
