I can't seem to get on the 2nd island in vice city stories. I've took over all the businesses, done all the side missions apart from vigilante. I can't develop my businesses any further and there isn't much left to do.
Also Driver Parallel Lines is a great alternative, I prefer it to GTA in driving terms you get a semi-real New York city landscape to play in.
