What do I do? Upgrade my PC:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4ghz - 188.25
Asus P5B Deluxe Mobo - 113.98
GeIL 2GB PC6400C4 DDR2 - 117.49
Connect3D ATI Radeon X1950 XT 256MB GDDR3 - 176.24
= £595.96
or an Xbox 360 Premium or any other option for that matter, not really looked into it yet...

The 360 would be cheaper.... and would it perform better than my PC with that setup?
My only reason for posting this is I mainly wanted to upgrade my PC for games... it runs everything else pretty much fine. The PC games market has dropped off a lot in the last few years with all the Xbox's coming in .etc .etc and it seems most games go onto the xbox 360 or ps2 .etc and then only a few onto the PC, very rarely is it the other way!

Should I spuff 600 notes on my PC? or should I go for the xbox, but even then it won't be at its best until I get a HD tv surely? which is hidden costs...
Just need some direction, I've always been loyal to the PC purely for keyboard and mouse setup but you can do that on the 360 now.... do I need to get with the times or is the PC market still ok?

tbh i have a 360 never really play it much theres just nothing that intrests me a great deal, id stick with pc.
But depends what games you want to play if fps are your thing get a 360.

yea, my room mate doesn't really play his, it's usually when we're all pissed playing a bit of pro evo or forza. Thats about it.
If you do any cad, 3d modelling, video/music production, image editing etc then i would update your pc, would be more useful to you in the long run.
