This comes after they got knocked out by Ireland. After that game he said 'this is the worst day of my cricketing career'. Seems pretty suspicous I think.

Just heard on gmtv today at 6.30am before I left for work that his death's now being treated as suspicious The police are awaiting the results from the pathologist etc. Link from bbc website too:

Jesus christ!

Woolmer died after breaking a bone in his throat caused by falling against the toilet bowl whilst vomiting!

Yeah asphyxiation by manual strangulation Was listening to gmtv today while I was getting ready for work this morning and they were talking about it *possibly* having something to do with the fact that he was writing a book lifting the lid on game fixing etc, and he'd had some manuscripts of the book stolen during the worldcup friendlies too apparently...
