I am selling my 2001(X) Astra Coupe Turbo. I was not planning on selling as I have recently spent over £2500 on the car, namely bodywork, suspension, brakes, cambelt service and new wheels. But as my girlfriend is now pregnant with my 4th child, I have no option really. I don't drive enough to justify having two cars!

About the car. Well it has a FSH, Tax/MOT, 43k (very low for year) and is in superb condition. Just had full cambelt/water pump service at nearly £600.

Performance

In this spec car has made 236bhp and 269lb/ft.
1/4 Mile at Santa Pod was 14.6 @ 94mph
0-60 would be in the 6sec mark
Top speed would be approaching 160mph if that actually matters?

Other stuff..

ABS, traction control, airbags, cat 1 alarm/immobilisor etc..


I am looking for £6,000 if sold with the Astra Gsi wheels, or £6,500 if sold with the new 18" Pro Race 1.2's. NO OFFERS. I cannot let it go for any less than this. For the condition and what you get I think someone will be getting a bargain! You would be saving on the cost of stage one, exhaust, suspension, brakes, gsi bumper etc..
