The chrome bits were fitted a whil ago now here are some pics of the door catches and bolts fitted. The rail and other bits are all fitted too.
I then decided to purchase a cool running stat and decided to fix the rocker cover gasket leak as it was getting messy. While The rocker cover was off we decided it was a good idea to do the rocker cover breather mod.
Then out came the brather plate and the drill and it looked like this
Ive recently bought a new turbo tophat cover to match the existing colour scheme. Really happy with it despite it taking a while to cut perfectly and to repaint etc. Really sets the engine bay off now.
How it looks now
Not sure where I'm heading next I'm looking to change the intercooler to tophat pipe to either samco silicone or make a pipe. Wouldnt mind a chrome cambelt cover too and do some other bits and bobs in the engine bay.

Hello, small update I basically found out late friday night when rather drunk that powerstation in Tewkesbury had an open day yesterday. With them offering free power runs to first come first served and living less than 10 miles away I was there on the doorstep at 9am
I really just wanted to see if there were any power differences ect since my last run as since ive put a new turbo on and saab red injectors. Power as expected was the same (1 BHP more than last year) but a much better torque curve!!
The car ran 282.6 BHP and 306 lbf.ft torque at 14 PSI
There was a Turbo Honda Accord that did 271 BHP which was really smart. Power wise a Scooby made 406 BHP and a Volvo T4 made a whopping 413 BHP. Well happpy with the corsa though it showed most of the cars up and got plenty of attention
Heres the video I hope lil bit of wheelspin gave me the slight dip on the curve but it took them about 4 attempts to get a reading

Well its basiaclly a poor design from vauxhall the standard breather system is known for clogging up because the oil mist travels through the inside rocker plate and turns to liquid again too soon. The hole allow and mist oil mist turning back to liquid to drain back through the holes I have drilled therefore allowing the rocker to breathe freely check out the maxboost website mate
