I need to record some desktop activity i.e the mouse and start menu
then save it as flash and put it on a webpage
what recording software can i use, that will allow me to save the content as a flash extension

Not sure on what software for recording the desktop BUT flash should be able to convert most formats to flash (avi, mpeg etc)

Captivate will be the best program, can download a 30 day trial from the adobe web site
