my pc wont play gif images like the emotions on this site and others. and also hallmark internet cards wont play when they have bin sent to us but we can view them on the website

Might be as simply as deleting your temporary internet files and doing a restart mate.

if it shows the gif but doesn't animate it, its your ie security settings, and in advanced an option saying allow animation

can also be firewall, on my bro's pc zonealarm stops gifs
