Over the years I too have noticed this phenomenon.

I think I know the cause of it too....

For some time now I have suspected that the govt have been adding female hormones into the drinking water in an attempt to control the population.

This would certainly account for the big(ger) tittied skinny females and the appauling rise in the number of homo's around here

Women on the pill contribute to the hormone problem as it gets in the water system etc.
