the team is picked by the the association, NOT the players.

Im telling you now the Team is not picked by the players.

They may or may not have some sort of submission on certain names, but it is selected by a panel.

like I said, they may have some input but they dont pick the final team, it is done by a panel at the FA or PFA or whichever!

O well, Fabregas got 2nd place. Not bad for one of Arsenals worst seasons for a long long time
