Only modifications are:-
Apexi cat back exhaust (so passes MOT with no problems)

I am the second UK owner, the first being a Barrister who looked after the
car extremelly well by keeping the history of it upto date showing all
necessary work being done. Since having the car i've changed the oil myself
keeping the reciepts for the Silkoline Oil and OEM Suberu filter. Whilst
the plugs were being changed (at a Subaru specialist) i had the engine
compression tested to show that its 100% healthy and results are on the
reciept for this.
Selling due to the fact i don't use the car much.
