thosse holes on the manifold i would of guessed theres srews missing by the looks of it?

manifold gasket blown?
big end bearings?
if its something metal thats fallen off , try dropping the oil and see if you can find any metal shards in the oil

try bolting the heat sheild back,the noise should go then

it has a missing or snapped manifold bolt def check the far left manifold bolt is there then if it isnt stick a piece of wire in the hole to see if it has snapped or just fallen out

Already dropped the oil, nothing in it, its something in the head of the engine.
