in the link below is a claimed rr graph from a williams clio running an apparent air filter, remap and an exhaust, just wondered if anybody could tell me more about the information shown on the graph and figures in terms of

bhp at the fly
bhp at the wheel
and a torque figure.

not sure if all the info is on there that you need but any info from the picture would be good

Pwheel is the wheel power
Pmax is the 'flywheel power' calculated using the Ploss figure.

i thought to get the bhp at the flywheel the engine had to be out of the car?

well they are bloody good figures then to say that it is a standard williams clio with only a filter exhaust and remap.

calculated by trans losses etc

looks like they have used a percentage to work out the bhp at fly rather than a correction factor. cant tell anything from the graph, not accurate enough.

also no sign of air temp correction, tyre pressures, barometric pressure correction, vehicle strapdown weight calculations etc....

One of my friends has a clio williams. Figures are close to that, 174 bhp at fly, 152 at the wheels. Thats standard apart from exhaust system, de cat, and manifold. It runs 14.3's.
