At Aston Services one of the diesel pumps cut off doesn't work properly. I have used the same pump a few times and had diesel pour out the top of the filler spout on my car a few times

my gf's corsa used to do that. it ended up being the anti-syphon flap in the filler neck. this had been broken off at some point and had fallen down the neck causing a presure build up in the pipe when filling up as if the fuel was coming up the filler neck. now ive removed the blockage its spot on everytime! check the fuel tank breathers also as a blocked breather will cause this!

The breather pipes are probably blocked.
