Got a Judgement for claimant through the post,I'm not amused with the insurance company/solicitors as they've obviously not sent the stuff off to the court so they have come to an automatic decision!
Best thing is, it hapenned in east london, we both live in essex, yet i now have to travel to merseyside on the 17th june!  Going to be making some angry phonecalls today!

 exactly what happened with me, and was up north. I just passed it onto the insurance company and they paid out in the end

Get the bastards to pay out. You had fully comp and legal protection I presume. There should be no need for you to go to court.
P.S. You have to go so far north as that is where 'Claims4You' are based.
