nah m8 i think the speedo is out gonna run it later against my bro in law at 70 see if its out or not jus seems its reving high for the speed

What did the clocks come out of?
if it was a 12v then they won't work properly

its my SRi ive put bigger wheels on ainy i instead of standard 14s ive put my 15s on so the speed is gunna be out,

Yeah but not by much mate, i had 17's on and gon back to 15's and there aint too much of a difference.
14's and 15's probably have the same circumference due to a larger tyre on the 14's anyway, which will mean it wont affect the speedo at all.

a 195/45 tyre on a 15'' wheel will have the same rolling radius as the standard 14'' wheel with the 65 profile tyre according to rochford tyres

You say that. but my car is on 195/55 tire and I was told that, that was the right rolling radius size, and that's on my SRi.
