by full version do you mean the server version? comes with about 2 terrabytes of map data? if so then proberly, but you would be better off getting it on a cd!

they do a professional version which allows you to export to high quality res images and create videos etc.

I have the pro version myself which i found on a torrent site. not hard to find at all.
That is really the only difference
