Right where do i start. Many of you may know this car as its been on the site for a while. I bought it off gregor (escortgti.com) at the start of the year. I have not finished building it yet but it really is too fast for a first car. Decided I want a civic instead. Anyway Here goes with the spec: P.s Car does not run or have tax or mot as yet but will be running and have a years mot and 6months tax on for time of sale.

2.0 8v Cavalier Sri engine20seh (130bhp standard)

Kent Fast Road Cam

Janspeed 4-2-1 Manifold

Full Custom made decatted exhaust (legal decat) with 5x3 oval tailpipe.

Engine was fully serviced before going into the car with the addition of new filters, oil, plugs and leads. It was also degreased and painted in silver hammerite which makes it look new.

F16 Close Ratio Gearbox


Bodywork


Standard front bumper with laguna splitter and honeycomb grill.

Tigra scuttle panel

Genuine Vauxhall Headlight Protectors

Gsi Spoiler in black.

South African Rear Lights,

Other:

Shell is very low miles, milage is 42 899, the shell is structuraly sound. It had some welding for its last mot and new brake lines. Car has 2.0 brakes with dot 5.1 fluid. I have alot of receipts from buildinng this car and there is a good few old mot's etc.


Bad Points

Dent In offside sill due to jack.

Bonnet rusting underneath in the usual place

Slight Kerbing on the wheels

Paintwork isnt the best. As with all red paint it has faded over the years. Im sure G3 would bring it up a good bit though.

Paint on rear bumper and arches is a bit flaky.

Car looks very messy in the pics as the wiring in the enginebay isnt finished yet and it still needs a good clean and polish.
