My alarm on the pug has been doing my head in locking me out car ect, Clifford want £150 just to look at the alarm

Mate broke his turbo civic for parts so got his old alarm (cobra 3190) Now finding it hard to get instructions

Anyone point me in the right place? have looked all over google ect still no joy.
