Really really crap, not reaching 100mph now, got told i need a new dizzy cap and rotar arm

anybody got a clue how to fit a new rotar arm? is it easy? i kno how to fit the dizzy cap

take old dizzy cap off.

Pull old rotor arm off (no tools needed), pop new rotor arm on.

Put new dizzy cap on.

Job done.
