ok well the problem is that the engine (1.4 16v) is losing power, theres hardly any power and sometimes it idles at 2500rpm and sometimes idles to low and nearenough cuts out, has anyone else had this problem, any help will be much appreciated

its blowing from the manifold but i doupt this would be the problem.

educated guess here, the little rubber hose that loins upper inlet to the throttle body (try to spray wd40 at the hose to c if the revs increase b4 you dive in n start stripping bits down!) it could also be the throttle position sensor, without seein the car to know how its running thats about as much help as i can be mate.
