Does anyone have this, or has experiences with this?

My aunty and uncle are getting Virgin Broadband and get this for free.

Is it any good, or should they go out and get a better one?

Its quite good actually...quite intruding...in that its not that discreet...loads up on your desktop etc...but it protects which is what its meant to do...has spyware removal features too amongst others...
