Just had a call from my old man who has told me they have called from Spain to say our appartment is now 100% finished 
He's been out a few time's but the complex was under construction, they were still doing the pool and putting a few trees & stuff in last time he went, but now apparently it's done.
Going out on the 13th July to sign all the contracts and stuff so will get some pics when i'm over there

Where abouts in Spain? Im asuming somehwere on the Costa del tourists? Good weather there though

Shared pool, although there is only about 10 appartments that are round it so shouldn't be too bad.

Its in a little place called San Pedro on the South-West Coast. Just up the road from La Manga. From what I've read about it, San Pedro is only a small place, so will be quiet I guess, but there are some "big" towns that are close by.
