grogan - yes mate celler is empty, took firemen 3 days to empty.
ally- thanks for the concern, nah it didnt flooded again, like chris said we didnt get it really bad like down south.
we have just had some more good news, getting payed out 14k for bathroom and kitchen, just waiting for funds to clear.
it really feels like we are getting somewhere now.

Its pissing down here and has been fr a couple of days now, glad things are looking up though - you never know, the house might end up looking even better once all the work is done so at least somthing positive will have come out of this!
