Empty the tank. Put some of the old water in a big bucket that you can put a lid on to seal it, put fish in there. Wrap it in a blanket or similar to keep it warm during moving. Also put your filter media in a bucket of tank water.
Get to the new place, fill up the tank and treat with dechlorinator. Try to get to roughly the right temp needed. Put in the filter media (dont put in until its dechlorinated) and then put the fish in.
Job done.

Can treat the water as your pouring it into the tank, takes seconds!
I just put a few hot buckets of water in mine and then the rest cold, got it to roughly the right temo then. I just put the heater in then to keep it up.
