Yep....unless he wins the appeal and/or takes it further in the courts like a few players have in the last few years and argue its illegal for them to stop him being employed by any club he wishes to join.
Unlikely he will win though, and he is contracted for two years, which he willingly signed,
not sure where he would stand on the wanting to join someone else though

yeah, dont forget about that new rule that recently got brought in with regards to the leaving after 2 or 3 years, etc.
All that seemed impossible to get a ruling for due to the players signing the contract, but they did.

yeah, I wasnt meaning he should do that, was more meaning with the current changes that keep happening to the rules regarding transfers (e.g. that rule) it could be possible that he could go to court and win.
Not saying it will, just a possibility. Not fussed either way really, doubt we'll wait for him now as need defensive cover.

He seems to be making excuses for them not being capable of winning the league and its only bloody august, they could still win. They have a fair number of points from the 2 games so i dont see why they are complaining (they won from a freekick which wasnt a free kick, when it should have been a draw, then drew when they should have won)
He's moaning about the fixtures but im sure its just random with how they are? it isnt happening that the people that sort the fixtures are against liverpool
He's being a moaning badger imo, and will continue to do so all season now

aye, not sure why he is moaning - guess its got to him with the decision on Sunday costing us 2pts and now this Heinze deal not going our way.
We do always seem to have early kick off away games after Europe though, have noticed this before over the last 3 seasons

“Then I want to ask the Premier League why it was so difficult for Liverpool to sign Javier Mascherano, when we had to wait a long time for the paperwork, but it was so easy for Carlos Tevez to join Manchester United?”
Yeah because the Tevez transfer didn't drag all summer did it?

plus the macherano saga laid the foundation. once he deal was approved than any similar deal was always going to be quicker?

He was more referring to the week it took the FA to rubber stamp the deal for Tevez, compared to the 5-6weeks it took them for Masch. He wasnt referring to the negoatiations between WHU/Tevez's agents and United.
