depends what connectiong your tv and laptop have, does it not just have a vga connection on the tv most hd tvs do, that would be easiest.

failing that theres always s-video, most laptops have that.

A VGA port looks like this...

If it has one of these then thats the easiest way to connect it as it just becomes an external monitor for the laptop.

yep, look to see if your tv has VGA on the back, mine does and lets me use my computer on the tv

Ive had a feel around and im 99.9% sure its got that VAG plug posted above, but cant see it without taking the tele off the wall, where can I get that cable? Cheap...
