Been reading up on the youth programs around Europe and stuff.

Englands youth system is producing 40% of youngsters. Italy produces 70%.

Most of Europe have centres of excellence etc we have nothing.

They also did a list of clubs using their youngsters in the last 3 years (i think) and out of all of the premiership clubs there were only 5 that had used 5 or more youngsters!
