AC Milan £39,592,000
Chelsea £34,662,000
Liverpool £32,218,000
PSV £31,600,000
Man Utd £31,533,000
AS Roma £31,086,000
Arsenal £19,274,000
So we get to the final, yet we get nearly £7m less than the other finalist and less than another English team who didnt make it to Athens

no, this is purely what you get from UEFA.
Can see the full breakdown on pg6 of this pdf
You get £3m for being in the semi, £4m for being in the final, an extra £3m if you win it.

its something to do with the share you get of the countries 'pot' which is determined by where you finished in the league. So we got a smaller one than Chelsea and United as they finished about us in the 2005/06 season.
Its stupid it goes by that though, as it has no effect on how well you have done in the CL itself

what I just mentioned above when I said 'pot'.
Basically an amount that gets shared between the teams that qualify for the CL in that particular country.

yeah, you'll get around what Chelsea got this year, so £19m is instead of around £16m.

its no wonder we have the 'big' four which is so hard to break, if the champs league is giving so much to the same clubs that qualify each year
