Epas is much easier to fit

EPAS is the easiest option.
Fit the rack and pump.... then a wire or two to the ECU iirc

Nope, it's just a new steering column and ECU. You bolt the column in place and you plug the ECU in. The ECU needs a + feed, a ground feed, a feed from the tachometer and a feed from the speedo. If your car has a mechanical speedo you might need to convert it to electronic, though a few mechanical speedo cars have an electronic speed wire as well, coming from the dash for the MFD and ECU. The way to test and see is either look for the wire or drive down the road and press the two buttons down on the MFD for a few secs to reset it. If it shows a speed readout then you are in luck

Isnt that the same as fitting a rack and a wire or two?
