what is the best way to get around a pc without a mouse as mine at work has decided to die as i keep forgetting to put it on charge at night. anyone know where i can find a list of shortcut keys for getting around??
(all standard settings nothings bin changed afaik)

ctrl + c for copy
ctrl + v for paste
alt + f4 to close current windows explorer / internet explorer
alt + tab to toggle screens

all i can remember off the top of my head!

windows key (between ctrl and alt) for start then you can get to programs etc

ctrl + z to undo something
ctrl + y to redo something undone
Alt and then the letter underlined on tools menu ie file tools etc will open that section

You can get a mouse for about £3

When tabbing through the selection of items, shift+tab goes backwards.

If it's a works one then get them to replace it or do what any self respecting employee would do and swap it with a colleagues

if you've got a multi tabbed box open (properties) or multi tabs open in firefox ctrl and tab goes though them

windows key + E - opens my computer
windows key + M - minimises all windows
