Hello,

me and my g/f are trying to get a mortgage on a house we saw. We have a mortgage adviser coming round this afternoon. Should i have any facts for him besides our outgoings? Anyone else had this before?

he never asked for any thing like that, he took how much we earned, then all out loans and said he will look into it for us. There is also no fee!
