For a C20XE.
A mate of mine has 105,000 on the engine - now i know thats not too much, and it has been looked after but he wants to start proper trackdaying, (buying a little run around for every day)
no i reckon he should have a rebuild just so that its nice and fresh and wont bugger up. But he reckons it'll be fine....
what does everyone think?
im just saying it as ive blown up 2 engines - an SEH with 95k on it and an NE with 110k.

TOTAL OVERKILL lol!
i think he'd get a company to do it really.
together we've replaced the sump gasket, oil pump, water pump, rocker cover gasket, headgasket and alternator/fanbelt and most jubilee's holding everything on.
but thats over a period of time, or whenever there was a tiny leak/hiccup.
but that list is pretty much what i mean. Would be indestructable for at least 30k of track daying dont you think? As long as you keep checking it.
