i lowered my corsa yesterday on a spax rsx kit,the one with front coilovers and rear adjustable struts.done the front 2,they were fine.i got to the back and was runnin out of time before work so just fitted the springs with the standard struts but it doesnt look that low as the springs are 60mm nova springs.will it be alot lower when the struts are fitted because the 1st thing my mate said was 'fuckin hell, those struts are uber small' ?

cool, cheers matey.will it make it lower when ive got the spax struts in? because if theyre shorter obviously theyve still gotta go from the strut top to the axle which i woulda thought would make it lower due to the shorter strut

yeh ano,but if you're rear springs are corsa springs technically mine should sit lower than that because mine are nova springs, designed to be holding nova weight, not a hevier corsa which will lower it a little more

is your ther spax coilover kit?
both kits arew same for corsa and nova
60mm nova srping's at back are usually same as corsa..
its usually only the front that goes down more, due to extra weight of engine etc in corsa's

mine is the spax rsx kit with the front coilovers yeh.i thought they were different because even my mate's gmax fixed rate kit sits a fair bit below 60mm because is is down over the actual rim lip on his speedlines, with a 45 profile tyre on them

Give the springs time to settle. Once you've done a few journey's they will go a little lower
As said, remove the bump stops (the rubber things you put the springs over)
