No offence, but for the price that cost, id rather spend £250+ on a proper inlet

lexmaul etc

All the chroming on my car was done for free by my Grandad, i think it makes the engine bay sooo much better.

My manifold is also chromed but the heat made it go funny colours, i do have a chrome manifold cover but i have never fitted it.

I am happy with the performance and if i ever did put another engine in it would only be a LET or Turbo mine.

I was up at 6am.
Cars alligned by 9am
by 9.10 cover was bought.
by 9.15am i was hunting tools to fit it.
9.20am, fitted, best start cleaning the dirty cow.

Fro, next time i go to mothers, i'll get one. This was as of jan...

But it looks much cleaner in the engine bay than it is. Got lots of little dirty bobbles on the chrome. It'll come off im sure, just gonna need a few hours cleaning...

D5 is coming out again. Donna needs it out again before she looses NCB on that policy (i lost mine a few months ago, 6 years, bummer).

Its going to be done and sorted, turbo heat wrap, hoses, slimline rad, and maybbbbeeeee even a new front bumper, it depends.. Got to be sorted over this winter and MOT'd soonish I think.

If you get flush, LET it, otherwise, XE it.

Its kept under a car cover all the time so its just general grime really. THe car condition is quite good for a 2 year standing car. Made sure it was cleaned and polished before it was put away for a while.

So many hobbies atm, ARRRRGGGHHHHH what to do first

It does look very good after being stood for 2 year.

I have to say mine looks good for a 3 year old paint job and the car is my daily drive

Looked really good at trax especially for bodykitted corsa with a 3 year old paintjob, workmanship must have been top notch to last this long

Bodyshop did me proud and they love my car. When you go into the workshop there is a picture of my car in a frame, lol.
I have been talking to them about a LET, but i will only have it done if i can keep my AirCon, lol. They said it is possable. Also there willl have to be loads of chrome and yellow hoses

Do these exhaust manifold heatshields on the XE actually have any purpose what-so-ever?

My mates Cavalier GSi's hatshield is rather tatty looking and i said to just remove it.

Bought a house, went on holiday, woke up to the fact that the corsa wasn't/shouldn't be my life.

I did touch it in january, I stripped all the old sound deadening out from my audio, doorcards etc etc. Then i got bored again.

Still bored, still don't want to get rid, but the money i'd get for parts is looking increasingly interesting. Don't start this can of worms though, it'll be going round my head all week again
