[Edited on 24-09-2007 by Dom]
£30
400mins
1000tx
best phones are
Samsung g600
Moto z8
nokia n95
sony w880
nokia n73
Yeh u can ring up 4445 off your handset, tell them your changing network cant get any signal and you need it str8 away, then give a pm when uv got it
g600-samsung released known issues with phone turning off, and sms delays
z8-discontinued by motorola as overheating and motorola currently have lawsuit filed against them
n95-sweet jesus-worst phone ever
w880i-good phone very reliable
n73-another symbian plagued poo phone.
you can tell your sales!!

turning itself off, camera activating, it has a screensaver of london which changes colour as day goes by-this freezes and screen wont alter, sms delayed receiving, then will all come in one hit. takes a while for faults to show but when they do they come all in one go.
just needs better firmware

It's crap to start with Because it's a Samsung
Everyone I know with an N95 has no issues with the latest software version. So stop going on about it you douchebag
Anything with a decent spec will always have a few issues, choosing a W880 over an N95 or N73 is madness

Returns only really happen with in the first month of a sale though, otherwise there repaired
If you get one just update the software straight away on your home PC & you know it'll be fine

depends on provider. vodafone offer exchange basis based on spend level direct with nokia through a program called SID2. due to the massive issues with the n95, nokia REFUSE any exchanges of this handset, unless its a mechanical fault. even with 12.002 firmware, customers still experience slow activation, software issues etc.
little bit of insider knowledge here-matt h u seem to be clued up on this, did you know that the real reason orange ceased there 14 day return policy was because of nokia?

In what way?
I know a guy who owns a nokia & samsung repair centre (he does warranty work for them). Spoke to him about the 95 & all the launch issues etc

because orange were replacing handsets (n95) that were faulty within first 14 days and Nokia wont honour the warranty -so orange were loosing money. however orange were forced to announce that they have ceased 14 day returns policy because of "customers indecisions with handsets" and it was costing too much to re-circulate the handsets!

Shocking
If it weren't for Nokia being the biggest manufacturer you could expect them to be lynched for that!
If it were Motorola it would've finished them off!

I will definitely be contacting you when that comes out. I've had enough of Orange wanting me to change to some shitty animal pakage before they'll let me upgrade. Contract runs out at the end of the month so should be bang on time
